and Company carries the region's most eclectic and upscale

Skynear and Company has provided furniture and design services to many trendsetting homes, restaurants and night clubs, but we enjoy serving every budget from studio apartment to embassy. We bring to Washington the latest European products and styles. Each sofa, bed, chair, dresser, mirror, table, barstool, rug, pillow or handbag reflects our continual interaction with the world of design. Here you will also discover many unexpected treasures.
Each of our four levels is a world of its own, ranging in style from Classical to classic Modern to Contemporary. Located in the bustling center of Adams Morgan, we are also very close to DuPont Circle, U Street, Woodley Park, Cleveland Park, Georgetown and Chevy Chase. But our influence is felt far beyond NW DC.
We service customers from Bethesda, Silver Spring, Rockville, Potomac, Annapolis and Baltimore, Maryland; also Arlington, Alexandria, Falls Church, McLean and Fairfax, Virginia, not to mention our national and international customers!
Established in 1989, Skynear and Company has been at the cutting edge of furniture and home decor for nearly 20 years. Our Victorian corner store has been written about internationally and appears in tour guides from around the world. Our furniture and design services have been featured in embassies and numerous "hot" clubs and restaurants around the DC area. We are the ONLY store that has been invited to participate in the National Symphony Show House for 14 years.
Furniture
We feature Calligaris, the great Italian furniture maker. Calligaris, whose motto is "Italian Living," has been making superior products since 1923. Working with internationally renowned designers and the latest innovative materials, Calligaris produces beautiful furniture across a wide spectrum of styles.
Some great deals can be found here and we have been listed among the "best buys" in Washington. We have a special buying agreement with one of the very upscale furniture manufacturers that allows much lower prices on certain items. We carry a wide selection of leather sofas, dining tables, side tables, chairs, beds, dressers, mirrors, barstools, armoires, chests, rugs and pillows. Calligaris home products are divided into Trendy, Contemporary and Traditional lines.
